Counseling/Therapy is about unraveling the story and learning to write a new narrative and ending that is both healthy and fulfilling. With over 20 years of experience in both clinical and pastoral counseling, I am a full-time clinical therapist at Kenneth M Adams & Associates, Diplomate-American Board of Sexology, Board Certified (NCC), Adjunct Professor at Siena Heights University, and clinical director at Affirm-Consulting PLLC, which is dedicated to helping people through the complexities of life and behaviors.
Holding dual Master's Degrees, and a Ph.D. in Clinical Sexology, focusing on all aspects of sexuality both for the individual and in relationships and helping even when compulsive behavior becomes problematic or out of control. I am also a consultant for the Lawyer and Judges Assistance Program (LJAP) with the State Bar of Michigan, and consultant for the Macomb County Friend of the Court. In the community I am a safe ally for those in the LGBT+ community.
